It seems a lifetime ago
I have travelled through time of many eras within the home
In the now, now, and back to the 1800s with the young ones on a death
The funeral being what seems an age too
The slow procession through a memory lane of actual to all that was important to us as a family
The ride slowly down life as it does
I have been cacklin' and cursin'
I went out with daughter for a meal to one of our favourite restaurants
A spur of the moment meal out
They are the best
We tackled a major start in circumstances a changing on this time
Which will see us all in a different life to what is sometimes envisaged
The best everlasting gift from those now gone
